I’m a transpersonal and creative counsellor with a deep love for this work and a lived understanding of it from the inside out. My approach is rooted in a feminist perspective and shaped by addictions training, years in the performing arts, and hands-on experience in detox and obesity clinics. I’ve walked my own path through struggles with food and body image, and I honour the intelligence in all the ways we learn to cope.

Healing, for me, is sacred. It’s not about fixing, it’s about remembering who we really are. Together, we listen for what’s alive beneath the surface. My work is intuitive, grounded, and attuned to both the soul and the shadow. We’ll welcome the parts of you that are wise and whole, as well as the parts that have been exiled, numbed, or silenced.

And yes, there’s room for laughter too! Therapy doesn’t have to be heavy all the time. Sometimes a well-timed bit of humor opens more than any insight ever could.

A North London Therapist who works with women who struggle with body image and disordered eating.

I don’t believe in good or bad relationships with food. Food is often the cover story. It’s the thing we obsess over so we don’t have to look deeper.

Food isn’t the problem.

It’s the smoke, not the fire.
