If you’re asking the question, you’re already tuning in to something important. Therapy can help when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or exhausted by patterns that no longer serve you. You don’t need to be in crisis—but if you’re struggling with food, body image, or the pain that drives it, therapy offers a space to meet that struggle with care and curiosity.
If you’ve spent years focused on food, your body, or holding everything together on the outside, therapy gives you the chance to explore what’s going on underneath. It’s a place to meet yourself—without judgment, pressure, or the need to perform.
You don’t have to be sure. You just have to be curious.

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some people come for a short time to work through something specific. Others stay longer because the work becomes a meaningful part of their life.
This isn’t a quick-fix process—especially if you’ve spent years using food or body control to cope. But we go at your pace. You get to decide what feels right, and we’ll check in along the way to see what’s shifting and what you need.
Therapy isn’t forever—but it can be life-changing.
