What to expect from therapy sessions
You can expect an honest and soulful conversation
I speak plainly and stay present with you. I draw on talking, creative process, regulation and metaphor, but the real work happens in the meeting itself. We listen for the part of you that is ready to grow. We explore what feels constricted and what feels alive. This is a collaborative process that honours your inner direction.
We work with the body and with the more subtle layers
Your body is a doorway into the deeper field of your experience. Grounding practices, breath and simple awareness help you settle enough to sense what is unfolding within. From that steadier place you can access intuition, clarity and a sense of connection to something larger than your current struggles.
You choose the depth
You are never pushed. You set the pace and the tone. When you feel safe enough to explore the harder places, they often begin to shift. Many clients describe a feeling of coming home to themselves as they let old patterns soften.
You will be supported to grow into who you are becoming
Transpersonal work is forward looking. We honour your history but we also pay attention to your potential. We explore not only what hurts, but also what calls you. Over time you develop a clearer sense of meaning, self trust and direction.
You can expect a consistent and grounded relationship
Week by week you meet with someone who listens deeply and helps you make sense of your inner world. This steadiness helps you feel more rooted, more spacious and more connected to the larger arc of your life.
If you want therapy that respects your psychology and your deeper self, this space is here for you.

The Values That Guide My Work as an Integrative Transpersonal Counsellor
A focus on wholeness – Our work isn’t just about easing distress. It’s about helping you reconnect with the deeper parts of yourself so you can live in a way that feels more grounded, authentic, and true to you.
All of you is welcome – Body, mind, emotions, and soul are all part of the journey. I don’t see symptoms as problems to “fix,” but as meaningful signals pointing us toward healing and understanding.
A flexible approach – Every person is unique, so I draw from a variety of methods and tailor them to what works best for you. I also bring in my experience as an addictions counsellor, my time as a coach in a wellness clinic, my years of practice, and my training as an integrative transpersonal counsellor. All of this comes together to support you in the way that fits best for where you are right now.
Creativity and insight – Sometimes healing shows up through conversation, and sometimes it comes through dreams, imagination, symbolism, or moments of expanded awareness. These creative ways of knowing can open doors that words alone can’t.
Honouring the spiritual – For many people, growth and healing are deeply connected to meaning, purpose, or a sense of belonging that goes beyond the individual self. If this resonates with you, there’s space for that here too.
