I work with adults who feel out of step with themselves and want a grounded place to sort through what is happening in their lives. Many of the people who come to me are navigating stress, uncertainty, self doubt or a sense that something needs to change but they are not sure how to begin.
I specialise in supporting Gen X women who have struggled with body image for many years and who want a more compassionate and empowered relationship with themselves. I also work with clients who seek a soulful and transpersonal approach that helps them reconnect with their inner direction and move forward with clarity.

Sessions last 50 minutes and are usually weekly.

There’s no one-size-fits-all answer. Some people come for a short time to work through something specific. Others stay longer because they are working on lifelong struggles.
Therapy doesn’t have to be forever. The length of our work depends on what you need and what we are working with. -
If you’re asking the question, you’re already tuning in to something important. Therapy can help when you feel stuck, overwhelmed, or exhausted by patterns that no longer serve you. You don’t need to be in crisis, but if you’re struggling therapy offers a space to meet that struggle with care and curiosity.
It’s a place to meet yourself without judgment, pressure, or the need to perform.
You don’t have to be sure. You just have to be curious.

I am a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor (RTC) with the Association of Cooperative Counselling Therapists of Canada (ACCT).
ACCT counsellors are recognized by a number of insurance providers, including Pacific Blue Cross, GreenShield, Sun Life, Equitable Life, ClaimSecure and iA Financial Group.
Insurance plans vary in the types of mental health practitioners they cover, so I recommend checking with your provider to confirm that Registered Therapeutic Counsellors are included in your individual plan.
I will provide you with a receipt that you can submit to your insurance provider for reimbursement.
